Darul Hikam Foundation Bandung respects the privacy of this website visitors. This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

• Essential data: language preference, security tokens (CSRF), and cookie consent status.
• Analytics data (only if you press Accept): visited pages, device type, and referrers in aggregate, anonymous form. We do not store raw IP addresses — only an anonymous hash — and never your name, email, or identity.
• Data you provide: name, email, phone, and message content when you use contact, registration, chat, or donation-confirmation forms.

2. Purposes

• Run core site functions (security, language).
• Understand which content is most useful (aggregate analytics).
• Follow up on your messages or registrations.

3. Legal basis & consent

Analytics runs only after you press Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime via Cookie Settings in the footer. Declining does not reduce core site functions.

4. Storage & retention

Consent choice is stored for 180 days. Raw analytics data is auto-deleted after 90 days at most; long-term storage keeps only aggregate figures (e.g. daily totals).

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data and use no third-party ad trackers. Data is accessed only by internal foundation staff and infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality.
